Beast of Reincarnation to End Major Updates After Next Patch

Game Freak and publisher Fictions have announced that Beast of Reincarnation is approaching the end of its current post-launch update cycle, with one final major patch planned for October 19, 2026.

The action RPG, released in August 2026, has received several updates addressing gameplay balance, performance issues, and player feedback.

According to the developers' official announcement on Steam, the next patch will mark the end of the game's current phase of frequent major updates. However, the October 19 release date remains tentative.

The announcement accompanied the October 9 update, version 1.1.01, which introduced an option to bypass three areas during the main story after reaching a certain point in the campaign.

The update also included performance improvements, collision adjustments, and fixes for various gameplay issues.

Although regular updates are coming to an end, Game Freak emphasized that players can continue submitting feedback and reporting technical problems through Fictions' support website.

The developers also indicated that significant unresolved issues could still receive fixes in the upcoming patch or a later update.

Beast of Reincarnation launched on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S in August 2026. The game follows Emma and her companion Koo through a post-apocalyptic version of Japan, combining real-time combat with tactical abilities.

For now, the developers have not announced any additional major content updates beyond the current support cycle.
