Deadlock Adds Nurse Harrow as Final City Never Sleeps Hero
Valve has added Nurse Harrow to Deadlock, completing the six-character lineup introduced through the City Never Sleeps event. The new support-focused hero arrived on October 20, 2026, bringing healing abilities, enemy debuffs, and crowd-control attacks.
According to Valve's official Deadlock announcement on Steam, Nurse Harrow is a mysterious medical practitioner from the Marble Hill Possession Ward who uses unconventional treatments to support allies and disrupt opponents.
Her first ability, Leech Therapy, releases leeches that attach to enemies, dealing damage and draining their resources. Collecting the leeches afterward provides healing and additional combat benefits.
Wretched Vapors temporarily enhances the effectiveness of Harrow or an ally, although the ability also introduces negative effects when the initial boost expires.
Healing Needles allows her to restore teammates' health using syringe ammunition, while Lurking Terrors releases frightening creatures that damage enemies and can force them to flee.
Nurse Harrow is the sixth and final addition to City Never Sleeps, following Rat King, Baba, Solomon, Deadman Danny, and Violet.
Valve also revealed that players cast more than 110 million votes throughout the event. A total of 22,194 players voted exclusively for Nurse Harrow, including one player who submitted exactly 1,000 votes for her.
The closest voting contest was between Baba and Solomon, with a difference of approximately 0.5%.
With all six heroes now available, City Never Sleeps has completed its planned character releases. Deadlock remains in early development, with Valve continuing to expand the multiplayer shooter ahead of its full release.
