GTA 6 Gameplay Appears in New South Park Episode

New Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay footage appeared in the October 28, 2026 episode of South Park, offering a brief look at an unusual interaction between protagonist Jason and a pedestrian on a crowded Vice City beach.

The footage was featured in "Guinea Pig on a Stick," the fourth episode of the show's 29th season, which aired on Comedy Central. The episode was announced by South Park Studios ahead of its broadcast.

During the sequence, Jason and Lucia appear near a dog and its owner. After Jason throws an object at the pedestrian, the encounter escalates, with Jason picking up a bag containing dog waste and striking the character.

The brief scene also provides another glimpse of Vice City's beachfront, including numerous pedestrians, environmental objects and character interactions.

Multiple reports indicate that Rockstar Games supplied the footage, with the developer reportedly acknowledged in the episode's closing credits. However, Rockstar has not issued a separate public statement explaining the sequence.

Although the scene depicts an unusual environmental interaction, it remains unclear whether the same behavior will be consistently available during ordinary gameplay or was prepared specifically for the television appearance.

South Park has referenced GTA 6 repeatedly throughout its latest season, using the game's approaching release as part of its ongoing satire.

Rockstar Games has officially scheduled Grand Theft Auto VI for November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. No PC release date has been announced.
