GTA 6 Reportedly Features 23 Radio Stations, Edge Says

Grand Theft Auto 6 will reportedly feature 23 radio stations, according to details attributed to the latest issue of Edge magazine, potentially giving players a wider selection of music and programming across Vice City and Leonida.

The figure reportedly appears in Edge issue 430, which includes an extensive feature on Rockstar Games' upcoming open-world title. The report also claims that Rockstar president Sam Houser has remained directly involved in selecting music for the game.

However, Rockstar has not publicly confirmed the 23-station figure, and the specific passage from Edge has not yet been independently verified.

Earlier in October, Rockstar officially introduced six stations through its Grand Theft Auto VI music website, offering previews of their programming and musical styles.

The confirmed lineup includes Cocoteo FM, Back Country Radio, AfroBank FM, The Chamber 106.6, Flash FM, and Dirty South Classics.

These stations cover Latin music, country, African music, metal, pop, and Southern hip-hop. Rockstar has described the game's radio selection as its broadest yet, although the complete lineup remains undisclosed.

GTA 6 also introduces on-demand podcasts, allowing players to select programming rather than relying entirely on traditional radio broadcasts.

Both radio stations and podcasts can be accessed while walking through the game world using headphones connected to Jason and Lucia's smartphones.

If the reported total of 23 stations is accurate, 17 stations remain unnamed.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is scheduled for November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
