GTA 6 Vice City Blimp Spotted Flying Over Miami at Night

A new video of a Vice City-branded blimp flying above Miami has attracted attention from Grand Theft Auto 6 fans, offering another look at the game's growing presence across the Florida city ahead of its November release.

The footage, shared on Reddit on October 17, shows the Goodyear blimp flying near Miami's Kaseya Center, where a large illuminated "Welcome to Vice City" sign has been installed.

The combination of the glowing rooftop sign and the aircraft's Vice City branding creates a striking nighttime scene inspired by Rockstar's fictional city.

The blimp had already been spotted over South Florida on October 15, with additional footage circulating online as GTA 6 promotional displays appeared across Miami.

The city's connection to the game is particularly significant because Vice City is Rockstar's fictional interpretation of Miami. GTA 6 returns players to the location as part of Leonida, a fictional state inspired by Florida.

The aircraft joins other visible promotional displays, including Vice City branding at the Kaseya Center and GTA 6 imagery shown during a Miami Dolphins game at Hard Rock Stadium.

Although the blimp's appearance is well documented, Rockstar Games and Goodyear have not publicly detailed the aircraft's involvement in the promotional campaign.

The latest footage highlights how Miami is increasingly adopting the visual identity of Vice City as anticipation builds for GTA 6.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
