No Man's Sky Forsaken Update Launches With iOS Release

Hello Games has released No Man's Sky: Forsaken, a free Halloween-themed update introducing haunted discoveries, new ship customization options, and gameplay improvements alongside the game's debut on iPhone and iPad.

Released on October 28, 2026, update 7.10 expands exploration with mysterious biological samples and unusual technologies hidden inside abandoned freighters, deep-space wrecks, planetary excavation sites, and infested outposts.

According to the official Forsaken announcement, players can collect these discoveries and exchange them with mysterious traders for biomechanical corvette components, including new cockpits, interiors, and exterior structures.

Additional rewards include the Larva Tank helmet, new equipment appearances, and the Larva Cannon Multi-Tool, obtained through trading preserved grubs.

Forsaken also introduces Space Courier missions, allowing players to transport packages between distant locations. A radial weapon selector and minimal HUD mode provide new options for managing equipment and reducing interface clutter.

One of the update's most significant changes is seamless warping. Players can now target nearby stars directly from space and travel between systems without opening the Galaxy Map.

The release coincides with No Man's Sky arriving on iOS for the first time. The mobile version includes more than 40 previous updates, redesigned touchscreen controls, controller support, and a download size below 4GB.

Compatible devices include the iPhone 11 and newer models, alongside the third-generation iPad Air and later. The game offers a free trial, although multiplayer is not currently supported on iOS.

Forsaken marks the fifth major No Man's Sky update of 2026, continuing Hello Games' tenth-anniversary celebrations.
