Phantom Blade Zero Launches With DLSS 4.5 and Path Tracing

Phantom Blade Zero will launch on October 28, 2026, with NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 and path tracing support on PC, bringing advanced lighting effects and AI-powered rendering technologies to S-GAME's upcoming action RPG.

According to NVIDIA's official announcement, the PC version will feature DLSS 4.5 with Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, alongside path-traced lighting enhanced by DLSS Ray Reconstruction.

Path tracing provides more physically accurate lighting and reflections by simulating how light interacts with the environment. NVIDIA has confirmed that these advanced effects will be exclusive to the PC version.

DLSS Ray Reconstruction uses an AI model to improve the visual quality of ray-traced scenes, replacing traditional denoising techniques with neural rendering.

Meanwhile, Dynamic Multi Frame Generation can generate additional frames to improve displayed smoothness on supported GeForce RTX hardware. These generated frames should not be confused with the game's native rendering frame rate.

NVIDIA has also released a new GeForce Game Ready Driver ahead of launch, providing support for Phantom Blade Zero and its graphics technologies.

Developed using Unreal Engine 5, Phantom Blade Zero follows Soul, a swordsman framed for murdering his master and left with only 66 days to live.

The game features more than 30 primary weapons and over 20 Phantom Edges, allowing players to combine different weapons and combat techniques.

Phantom Blade Zero is available for pre-purchase through its official Steam page, with the standard PC edition priced at $59.99.
