Polyphony Digital CEO Kazunori Yamauchi described the controller as a celebration of the franchise's history and thanked fans for their continued support over the past 30 years.

The Gran Turismo Limited Edition DualSense will be available in limited quantities, with pre-orders beginning on October 22, 2026, through PlayStation Direct in supported regions and participating retailers.
