South Park Season 29 Sparks Another GTA 6 Reference Theory

South Park Season 29 has sparked another discussion among GTA 6 fans after its third episode featured a line about November, the month associated with Rockstar Games' upcoming release.

The episode, titled "You Like That On Your Face," aired on Comedy Central on October 14, 2026. Its main storyline follows Kyle as he tries to help his younger brother Ike navigate the growing popularity of aura battles.

However, a line asking whether someone has registered for November has caught the attention of viewers following the show's recurring jokes about Grand Theft Auto 6.

Unlike the previous two episodes, the latest installment does not explicitly mention GTA 6 in the dialogue. The line can be understood as a reference to voter registration ahead of the US midterm elections, although some fans have connected it to the game's anticipated November launch.

Earlier episodes, including "South American Biker Gangs" and "Billionaire Weenietown," reportedly featured more direct references to GTA 6. The running joke centers on characters looking forward to November as an escape from the increasingly chaotic events surrounding them.

The latest episode continues that theme through a more ambiguous reference, leaving viewers to interpret whether the writers intended another GTA 6 joke.

According to the official South Park episode guide, "You Like That On Your Face" is the third installment of Season 29 and is available through Paramount+.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is currently scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
