Team Vitality Headquarters Looted During Paris Protests

Team Vitality's V.Hive esports venue in Paris was vandalized and looted during widespread protests across France on Saturday, October 17, 2026, resulting in the theft of gaming equipment and championship trophies.

The French esports organization confirmed the incident in an official statement on X, revealing that the venue's display windows were smashed and computer equipment was stolen.

Fortunately, Team Vitality confirmed that no staff members or fans were injured during the incident.

Videos circulating on social media show damage to the venue, with one clip appearing to show an individual carrying the StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 trophy through the streets of Paris.

The trophy was awarded to Vitality following its Counter-Strike 2 tournament victory in September. However, the organization has not yet published a complete list of the stolen trophies or confirmed the total value of the missing equipment.

Team Vitality CEO Fabien "Neo" Devide expressed his disappointment in a personal statement on X, emphasizing that peaceful demonstrations remain a fundamental right but that vandalism and theft should never be part of them.

Devide also highlighted the importance of V.Hive as a community space designed to make esports accessible to younger players and gaming enthusiasts.

The incident occurred amid nationwide demonstrations over rising living costs and concerns about public services. While many demonstrations remained peaceful, some areas experienced clashes, property damage, and looting.

Team Vitality announced that V.Hive will remain temporarily closed while staff assess the full extent of the damage. The organization plans to provide further updates once the assessment is complete.
