Uncharted PC Port Reportedly Runs on Xbox Series X
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection has reportedly been launched on Xbox Series X through an experimental community project, bringing one of PlayStation's best-known exclusive collections to Microsoft's console.
According to a report published on October 22, 2026, developer Devran Cosmo Uenal adapted technology from an unofficial PC port created by SuperMedo to run the PlayStation 4 collection through Xbox Developer Mode.
The reported demonstration focuses on Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, the first game in the trilogy, with footage said to show gameplay running at approximately 60 FPS.
However, the performance claim has not been independently verified, and a direct release or technical demonstration from the Xbox port's developer remains unavailable.
The project reportedly uses a compatibility approach that executes portions of the original PlayStation 4 game code on the Xbox Series X processor while translating graphics operations for the console.
Its technical foundation is associated with SuperMedo's open-source Uncharted PC Port, which already supports all three games from The Nathan Drake Collection on Windows.
That project runs the original PS4 game code through a native compatibility layer and translates graphics through Vulkan, rather than relying entirely on conventional console emulation.
The Xbox experiment reportedly takes advantage of Microsoft's Developer Mode, which supports approved development applications outside the standard retail gaming environment.
There is currently no confirmed public release, installation guide, or Xbox Series S compatibility information for the reported adaptation.
The project is unofficial and has no announced involvement from Sony Interactive Entertainment, Naughty Dog, or Microsoft.
If independently demonstrated, it would represent another notable experiment in running PlayStation software on competing hardware.
